Marc D. Kornitsky

Since graduating from Suffolk University Law School cum laude, Marc D. Kornitsky has successfully handled civil and criminal litigation in courts throughout Massachusetts. As head of the firm's litigation department, Attorney Kornitsky is actively involved in the trial of complex business disputes, severe personal injuries and contested divorce matters. He has successfully defended clients in matters ranging from Clerk's Hearings to jury trials of felonies carrying life sentences. Attorney Kornitsky is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
